Crowd Sourcing

In 2008, we were asked to consult with a software company that was having trouble keeping making sure the right hand knew what the left hand was doing. The Engineering team was embracing Agile development with panache, but the Marketing team was staying too many steps behind, losing important insight into the details of features and fixes. After a qualitative investigation into the patterns and practices of both teams, we co-designed a Wiki that engineers and marketers populated and leveraged for up-to-data communications.
