A Personal Journey toward Transformative Clarity
I didn’t set out to become a leadership consultant. I followed the questions that wouldn’t leave me alone.
How do people really change? What makes a team come alive? Why do even the most brilliant leaders struggle to truly listen?

These questions led me deep into the field of transformative studies, where I earned a PhD exploring how people and systems evolve. Along the way, I discovered that the most profound transformations don’t come from quick fixes or surface solutions—they emerge from deep inquiry, honest reflection, and a willingness to sit with complexity.

That journey brought me here: to iKlarity, where I bring the science of systems, the art of listening, and the power of presence to leaders and teams who are ready to grow.

Kerri Laryea, owner and chief consultant, is a transformation expert who applies human-centered, participatory methods to maximize involvement at all levels of the organization to facilitate whole-system culture change. She applies a growth mindset to help individuals and teams make incremental, ongoing improvements to become self-organizing and self-managing on their professional journeys. She is recognized for her exceptional coaching skills, excellent collaborative problem-solving, and strong strategic partnerships.

Experience:

  • 20+ years in learning design and building and leading high-performing teams
  • 15+ years facilitating leadership programs and coaching
  • 10 years in human capital consulting
